Every deal, every date, every deadline — on one screen.
Dash reads the contract, pulls out the dates that matter, and asks someone to confirm them before anything depends on them. From there it runs the checklist, chases the deadlines and files the paperwork, so your coordinator spends the day on exceptions instead of transcription.

Before
The dates are in the contract. That is the problem.
Inspection, mortgage commitment, closing — every one of them is buried in a PDF that somebody has to read, retype into a calendar, and remember to act on. Miss one and it is not a small mistake: it is a client's deposit, or a deal that dies on a technicality. Most teams solve this with a spreadsheet and a coordinator who never takes a real vacation.
How it works
01
Extract
Drop in the executed contract. Dash pulls the addresses, parties, price and every date it can find, and tells you which page each one came from.
02
Verify
A human confirms the key dates before anything is built on them. Nothing calculated, scheduled or emailed happens off an unverified extraction — that gate is deliberate and it does not move.
03
Run
The checklist generates itself from the deal type and stage, the 8am reminders go out on the deadlines, and the agent gets an update they didn't have to ask for.
What you get
- Write an offer in the real forms
- The nine GHAR contract blanks, filled and ready to review — then pushed straight into Dotloop for signature. Not a summary of an offer. The offer.
- Checklists that follow the deal
- Buyer, listing and under-contract templates that propagate when you edit them, spare work your team has already completed when you don't, and know that a listing under contract draws from both.
- Deadlines that leave the building
- An 8am email on what is due, to the agent and the desk. A deadline nobody is told about is a deadline nobody meets.
- MLS and address data, already filled in
- SmartMLS and Google Places behind every address field, so nobody types a street name twice or spells it two ways.
- The CEO view
- Live revenue, units and volume with a year-end projection that takes the higher of your pace and your under-contract floor. Connects to QuickBooks for the P&L beside it.
- Your name on it
- Team name, reply addresses, phone, logo and email templates are all yours. Nothing goes to your client with our brand on it.
The checklist
It generates itself, and it knows what stage the deal is in.
Edit a template and the change reaches every open deal. Delete a step and the work your team already completed stays completed. A listing that goes under contract draws from both templates, because that is what is actually happening.
- Confirm the executed contract matches the accepted offer3m
- Order title and open escrow
- Send the inspection window to the buyer's agent
- Calendar invite — Mortgage Commitment, Oct 9
- Request the condo documents from the association
- Confirm the deposit cleared the escrow account

“Dash has streamlined our sales process entirely. What used to take hours for our transaction team to handle, now takes minutes or is automated fully. Great product. Highly recommend.”

Book a demoQuestions
- Do we have to move off our current system?
- No. Dash imports your closed book on setup, and reads from your MLS and Dotloop where you already work. Most teams run it alongside what they have for the first month.
- Does my team need Google accounts?
- No. Agents sign in with an emailed link, which matters because a lot of agents are on personal Gmail or Yahoo addresses. Google sign-in is available if your team is on Workspace.
- Who can see our financials?
- Only the owners you name, and ownership lives in your database, not ours. We cannot see your P&L and neither can your admins unless you make them owners.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- Your instance is your own database. You get an export, and we delete the instance.
